Mallory Sin

I believe strongly in working closely with clients to achieve health goals through individualized nutrition plans! Part of this includes not sacrificing the foods that truly matter to each client... as food is an important part of all cultures and identities. I'd like to think that I am not a “one-size fits all” dietitian!

I received my bachelors of science degree in nutrition at New York University, then completed my dietetic internship with Simmons college. I have over 10 years of experience working in various clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient, focusing on areas such as obesity/weight management, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and kidney disease. In the last 5 years I have been working at The Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, exclusively working with patients in DSME (Diabetes Self Management Education). As a CDCES I provide support and education for adults with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. I have extensive experience in weight management and technology (CGM and pumps).

In my free time, I like to experiment with different recipes (that my kids will eat) and go on runs and bike rides around Boston!    - Mallory
